Student / Applicant – Any individual seeking educational consultation or admission assistance.

Parent / Guardian – Any person legally responsible for the Student.

Services – Includes career counseling, admission guidance, documentation support, and application processing.

Advance Payment – Any amount paid to initiate or confirm services.

Refund – Return of fees paid, subject to conditions mentioned in this Policy.

Cancellation – Discontinuation of services by the client.

General Refund Policy

  • All payments made towards consultation or admission services are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery.
  • No refunds shall be provided for services already rendered or partially completed.

Cancellation by Client

Before Service Initiation

  • If cancellation is requested before any service has started, a partial refund may be considered.
  • Administrative and processing charges will be deducted.

After Service Initiation

  • Once consultation, application processing, or documentation work has started, no refund will be provided.

After Application Submission

  • No refunds will be issued once applications have been submitted to institutions or partners.

Advance Payment Policy

  • Advance payments are collected to secure service slots and initiate processes.
  • Such payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases approved by management.

Admission and Outcome Disclaimer

  • Bright Lakshya does not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visa approvals.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to:
    • Admission rejection
    • Course unavailability
    • Visa refusal
    • Change in student preference

Third-Party Payments

  • Fees paid to universities, colleges, application portals, or third-party service providers are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if any, will depend solely on the policies of those third parties.

Service Dissatisfaction

  • Dissatisfaction with consultation or outcomes does not qualify for a refund.
  • We may provide support or clarification, but no monetary refund will be issued.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in rare situations such as:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Service not initiated due to Company’s inability
  • Verified exceptional circumstances

All such cases require:

  • Written request
  • Supporting documents
  • Management approval

Decision of the Company shall be final.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment only.
  • Any bank or transaction charges will be deducted.

Non-Refundable Components

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Consultation fees already utilized
  • Application processing services
  • Documentation and preparation services
  • Third-party payments
  • Promotional or discounted service packages

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Submit valid documents
  • Follow timelines and instructions

Failure to comply may result in service cancellation without refund.
